Rangi hii nyekundu,
Ni rangi ya ajabu,
Hunivutia siku zote,
Ing'aravyo ndani nje,
N'rangi ya kipekee.

Hupendeza rinda ilo nyekundu,
Na wakike huipenda midomoni,
Rangi ya tahadhari na hatari,
Ishara ya nguvu au pia maovu.

Zaidi ya yote, ni rangi ya ngeu,
Rangi ya uzima uliondani yetu,
Nyekundu huwa ishara ya Penzi,
kama lilivo ua nyekundu la waridi,
Huashiria mapenzi kote Duniani.

This Red color,
Such an amazing hue,
It always attracts me,
shines inside or outside,
Its such a special hue.

Red dresses are lovely,
Girls love the color on their lips,
The color of danger and alertness,
A sign of power and Evil at times.

Above all, It’s the color of blood,
The color of life flowing within,
The sign of Love,
Of hearts and 'Red' roses,
A sign of love all over the world.
